How to take a CS clip out: from HLAE to Vegas

Here is a beginner tutorial about how to properly take clip out from CS!
You will need to download and install 3 things before you start:

Download HLAE: http://www.hhg-clan.de/hlae/download.php
Download VirtualDub: http://virtualdub.sourceforge.net/
Download Lagarith Lossless codec: http://lags.leetcode.net/codec.html
