jusuuh on 08 Sep : 16:45 hopely these "awesome" jumps are new, creative and enjoyable, cause many doesnt think even old jumps with hard weapons are worth to edit. but good luck finding moviemaker :)

kafds on 07 Sep : 13:10 Exactly. You could pretty much close up the forums and add instructions for finding a moviemaker some other way. I recommend you simply PM some moviemakers with some wishes/few good demos and stuff.

how to make a guide

Video File - See the effect.(right click, Save file as..)
RAR File all you need.
Notice: This tutorial is for advanced movie makers,not for begginers.

Hi, I'm psh and in this tutorial I'll show you how to do a proper guide using sony vegas.

Create new file in Vegas with 800x600 resolution.
Create 3 video tracks and place your video moment in the 3rd one.

Open the Rar which you can download in the beggining of the tutorial and extract it wherever you want.
Open the keyboard folder and insert all the screens in the second video track in vegas.
put them separated from the video,to see which is which.[ Screenshot ]

open the mouse folder and insert all the screens in the first video track in vegas.

Insert velocity ( insert -> video envelops -> event velocity
Right click the begining of it and click set to, set it to 31% and enlarge the video by dragging it, you should get something like this - [ Screenshot ]

So now for the hard part.well its not that hard, it just needs more time.

Start watching the clip and put the screenshots on their places(if you need them more than once, copy and paste them)

Left strafe -> A clicked.png(keyboard folder) + left strafe.png(mouse folder) [ Screenshot ] to see this just view the video i posted at the end of the tutorial.
For the orange flag which i notificate when the strafe turns the other side just get to the place you want it and click M.

As you can see in the orange flags(made with M) the image changes from left strafe to right strafe(with the mouse) and from A to D, so its basicly just putting images on the correct places. if you have any questions /q psh @ #kz-pictures @ QuakeNet.
